James Burch is an optical physicist with a PhD in holographic metasurfaces and is employed at the product development firm Cambridge Consultants. He specialises in technically-challenging projects in the fields of machine vision, computational imaging, optics for medical devices, and photonic chip design. James also holds a part-qualified patent attorney status in the UK (non-practicing).
