Personal Genome Diagnostics/Labcorp Oncology
Jennifer B Jackson, Ph.D. is the Director of Translational Science and Strategy at Personal Genome Diagnostics/Labcorp Oncology. She received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Emory University and trained in the Department of Surgery at Boston University Medical Center during her postdoctoral fellowship where she focused on assessing the clinical utility of ctDNA as a biomarker for early cancer detection and monitoring of minimal residual disease in response to therapy using dPCR and next-generation sequencing (NGS). Since 2017, Dr. Jackson has translated her expertise in precision oncology and technologies to PGDx and Labcorp to support the goals of driving clinical expansion and uptake of NGS through building industry partnerships and academic collaborations. With over 17 years of oncology-focused research and 11 years of industry experience concentrated on precision diagnostics, she continues to advocate for advancing emerging technologies and applications for tissue and liquid biopsy testing in the translational and clinical oncology settings.
