Senior Bioinformatics Associate
Invivoscribe, Inc.
Alyssa M. Zlotnicki has over 7 years as a bioinformatician, most of which has been at Invivoscribe, Inc, where she currently works as a Senior Bioinformatics Associate. Most of her career has been focused on immunoinformatic applications of B and T cell receptor sequencing, but has also included statistical and machine learning pipeline development for automated cell gating, and population genomic and proteomic analysis of long-read M. tuberculosis genomes. Her current work has involved the development and in silico validation of algorithms for immune repertoire analyses, which has included applications of clonality, MRD, and CDR3 region identification and resulted in contributions to several peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations. Her most notable work focuses on the genomic identification and tertiary analysis of the CDR3 region, including analyses of B-cell stereotypy as well as the development of an algorithm that improves detection of the CDR3 region as well as improving a description of the genomic context of identified CDR3 regions.
