LaTara Brown is a Medical Laboratory Scientist III at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital with 20 years of experience validating instrumentation, analyzing patient data, coordinating competency and lab safety as well as training others scientist, students, and fellows in the field of medical technology. LaTara has worked in both Molecular Microbiology and Molecular Pathology during her tenure at St Jude. She has had the opportunity to utilize a vast array of instrumentation in the Molecular field. When she is not working she enjoys bike riding and walking with friends. LaTara is an avid mother and wife who enjoys crafting, church, spending quality time with her family, and playing with Bruno (the family dog).
