I am currently the Section Head and Assistant Professor, Molecular Pathology in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Aga Khan University Hospital. I did my MBBS from Dow Medical College in 1999. After that, I did my residency in Hematology from the National Institute of Blood Disease and Bone Marrow Transplantation in 2011 and obtained his FCPS in Hematology in 2013. I joined Molecular Pathology; Aga Khan University in 2013 and was awarded fellowship in 2014. I then joined the Department as an Assistant Professor in 2015. Previously I have served in the Middle East working as clinical practitioner in Semah Medical Centre, KSA. I have also served senior lecturer in Dow Institute of Hematology, Dow University of Health Sciences, Karachi.
I am very keen for a training opportunity at the prestigious Molecular Genetics Laboratory. I have completed my Fellowship in Molecular Pathology from the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) in Karachi, Pakistan. As part of my Fellowship program at (AKUH) I have acquired training in the discipline of Molecular Genetics, Molecular Oncology, Molecular Immunology, Cytogenetic and FISH
