My name is Guangchao Sun, I'm a PhD, currently working as a senior bioinformatician at the Advanced Diagnostic Laboratory in Mayo Clinic.
I got my PhD in Plant Pathology at 2017 and did my postdoc training in quantitative genetics and bioinformatics. I joined Mayo Clinic in August, 2021, my current research are focused on spatical omics and long read sequencing.
