Senior Research Technologist

My name is Colleen AnaMaria Ramsower, MS, MB(ASCP)cm. My current area of focus is translational research in B-cell lymphomas and molecular mechanisms of B-cell malignancies. In the field of large B-cell lymphomas, I have been directly involved in the translation of two gene expression assays with algorithmic analysis, the Lymph2Cx and Lymph3Cx, taking them from the research setting and overseeing their validation in a CAP/CLIA certified clinical laboratory for direct integration into patient care. In the field of mantle cell lymphoma, I just completed an independent validation of a third gene expression assay, the MCL35, as well as a larger analysis of biological and clinical data to identify risk factors affecting survival rates. In the field of follicular lymphoma, I am generating data for the creation of additional gene expression assays, with a large-scale sequencing project anticipated to identify risk factors for early progression of disease at 24 months.
